On this page you will find information and details for your upcoming appointment.

New clients will receive an intake questionnaire and a general consent form that must be completed prior to your appointment. If this has not been done, then you will be asked to complete this before starting the appointment which may shorten your treatment time.

We highly recommend downloading the Dyad app (available for Apple and Android) which has links to everything you need.

Arrival Information

We kindly request arriving on time to ensure you receive the full service.

When it is time for your appointment, proceed upstairs and go to the end of the hall to the left and have a seat in the waiting room.

We encourage clients to dress appropriately for their booked service and if possible, to leave valuables and jewelry at home.

Cancellation or Reschedule

As a courtesy, you will receive a text and/or an email at the time of your reservation, with a follow up reminder 2 days prior to your visit. All appointments are subject to our cancellation and rebooking policies.

Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 50% service charge, unless rescheduled. No-Show appointments will result in a full charge of the entire booking amount.

Payment & Gratuity

To secure your experience, a credit card is required and will be charged at the time of booking.

We accept all major credit cards and Dyad Skin and Wellness Gift Cards. Gratuities are not included.

Spa Etiquette

Light Therapy and Wellness Room sessions are self-service with the expectation that clients will adhere to all rules and courtesies while using these areas.

Please leave the space clean and ready for the next guest. Clients who are unable to respect the space will lose the option to enjoy these services.
