Wouldn’t it be perfect if a peaceful, protected and private space existed that was conducive to relaxation and regeneration? Wouldn’t it be extra amazing if this space simultaneously provided opportunities to experience a multitude of other benefits that improve the health of your body and mind?

 

Allow me to introduce the Dyad Wellness Room, a relaxing and private space secluded from the stress of the outside world where anyone can access a variety of therapies that provide restorative support for whole-self self-care of body, mind and soul. 

 

 

Scheduling a Wellness Room visit is an act of claiming sanctuary. It is a purposeful decision to dedicate a specific time and place for the purpose of removing negativity and stress while providing intentional support for every layer of self.

Wellness Room Sessions require no effort. There is nothing to prepare. No additional steps to take. No chaos to manage. Your only responsibility is to be here.

Every session is completely private, and visits can be booked as often or little as needed. The most important step is to create a habit of regularly experiencing the benefits of a personal retreat.

 

 

Ponder on the various ways you might claim sanctuary, and what you can do to make it a restorative and consistent ritual. You are not infallible, and your body and mind are not inherently immune from the harmful effects of modern life.

 
 

 Finding your personal sanctuary is a worthwhile endeavor. Establishing a safe haven from daily overwhelm can be a valuable buffer from the profane things of the world.

What is the Wellness Room?

The Wellness Room is personal retreat with private access to four therapies that work together to address physical, emotional and spiritual health.

What therapies are included?

The Wellness Room therapies include: Full spectrum infrared sauna, whole body vibration plate machine, liquid vibroacoustic sound therapy bed, and full body red light therapy bed.

How do I use it?

Sessions can be scheduled for 60, 90 or 120 minutes and booked as a one or two person visit. Each booking is a private, self-led session with full access to all four therapies. Clients have the freedom to customize every visit based on mood, goals or needs.

 

The Dyad Wellness Room is:
