You have received the gift of Dyad’s introductory 35-day Wellness Package! Your package includes the following 4 Sessions:

Preparation

How to prepare for your wellness session:

  • Wear comfortable clothes

  • Bring a water bottle

  • Review therapy information

  • Be on time

Every first visit includes a personal room and therapy tour to help ensure you are 100% comfortable and 100% confident to begin your first private session

Scheduling

The introductory package is valid for 35-days. Use the package booking link to schedule all 4 sessions, starting with the First Session.

Bring a digital copy of your gift card to the first appointment.

Additional Details

After booking your first visit, you will receive email links to our General Consent and Wellness Room Agreement contracts. Both forms must be completed prior to your appointment.

You will also receive a confirmation of the appointment which will have a link for rescheduling if you are unable to keep your original date and time.
