Directions:
Immune Defense - Consume 2-3 bottles (weight-based) in 60 minutes then repeat twice every 12 hours. This important step helps clear hidden pathogens that are draining internal resources and increasing irritation in the digestive tract. Complete this step before starting anything else. Can be taken anytime to combat viruses, infections and unknown pathogens.
Skin Clarifier - Take 8 capsules am & pm for 30 days. Skin Clarifier can be repeated for 10 days every 3 months for high mucus producers. Otherwise do 10 days (one bottle) every 6 months.
Skin Aid - Take 3 capsules 2x/day for 30 days, then reduce to 1x/day for 90 days. Skin Aid can be taken for ongoing support. Especially helpful for those who struggle with regular elimination.
Skin Perfection Elixir - 5-7 pumps (weight-based) in mouth am & pm for 4 months. Skin Perfection Elixir can be used for up to 12 months depending on severity. Digestive Support - Take 1-2 capsules before each meal. Digestive Support is amazing for general digestive assistance and can be taken indefinitely with meals.
